dvd byte capacity
When I open "Computer" and right click My DVD Drive (D:) and then click Properties shows: -

Capacity 0 bytes, the oneness of all circulars Blue Image, File system – unknown Type – CD (even when no CD in the DVD drive (D:) / DVD (E:) in the compartments). Shows repeat the same information when the CD drive (E:). What could be a reason and remady? Please advise. Thanks

When there is no CD in the unit, this is normal. If a CD or DVD in the drive, and that this is happening, then either the unit is defective or Windows is just taking its sweet old time reporting the information. This also can see happening is that previously successfully reads a CD, then after you insert another CD, the CD title does not change. If you are able to access the contents of the CD (ie, play music, run software, access documents, etc.) then I really would not worry about it. However, you can be indicative of a process or service running in the background that are hindering performance of Windows.
